{"id":10950,"date":"2025-02-06T13:58:16","date_gmt":"2025-02-06T18:58:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thirdwunder.com\/?p=10950"},"modified":"2026-05-28T15:54:55","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T19:54:55","slug":"organisations-canadiennes-autonomisant-les-communautes-noires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thirdwunder.com\/fr\/blog\/organisations-canadiennes-autonomisant-les-communautes-noires\/","title":{"rendered":"Mettre en lumi\u00e8re les organisations qui autonomisent les communaut\u00e9s noires \u00e0 travers le Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Mois de l&rsquo;histoire des Noirs est un moment important pour honorer l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage des personnes noires \u00e0 travers le Canada, tant leurs r\u00e9alisations incroyables que <a href=\"https:\/\/thirdwunder.com\/blog\/black-contribution-to-the-tech-we-use-today\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">leurs contributions \u00e0 notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a>, ainsi que pour reconna\u00eetre le racisme et l&rsquo;adversit\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles ont affront\u00e9s et continuent de subir. C&rsquo;est aussi un moment important pour reconna\u00eetre qu&rsquo;il reste encore du chemin \u00e0 parcourir pour construire une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9ritablement juste et \u00e9quitable pour tous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est dans cet esprit que nous souhaitons consacrer ce mois de f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 mettre en lumi\u00e8re les organisations qui travaillent toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pour d\u00e9manteler le racisme syst\u00e9mique et l&rsquo;in\u00e9galit\u00e9 dans nos communaut\u00e9s, \u00e0 travers le pays et au-del\u00e0. Ce sont des organisations dirig\u00e9es par la communaut\u00e9 qui font le travail vital d&rsquo;autonomiser et de donner une voix aux groupes marginalis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qui nous c\u00e9l\u00e9brons<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe de nombreuses organisations qui travaillent activement \u00e0 combattre le racisme syst\u00e9mique et \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/thirdwunder.com\/blog\/black-people-we-look-up-to-for-inspiration\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">cr\u00e9er de plus grandes opportunit\u00e9s<\/a> pour les Canadiens noirs\u2014plus que nous n&rsquo;avons d&rsquo;espace pour en parler aujourd&rsquo;hui. Les organisations et initiatives que nous avons choisi de mettre en avant ont eu un impact national dans de nombreux secteurs, y compris la finance, le droit, la sant\u00e9, les arts et la culture, ainsi que la formation professionnelle et le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel. Il convient de mentionner que ces organisations ne le font plus seules. En 2019, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral a \u00e9tabli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/employment-social-development\/programs\/social-development-partnerships\/supporting-black-communities\/supporting-black-canadian-communities-initiative.html\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">l&rsquo;Initiative de soutien aux communaut\u00e9s noires canadiennes (SBCCI)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;ISCN est une initiative f\u00e9d\u00e9rale de subventions et de contributions qui investit dans l&rsquo;expansion de la capacit\u00e9 des organisations dirig\u00e9es par des Noirs \u00e0 construire une infrastructure de base au sein des communaut\u00e9s noires. Cette initiative soutient \u00e9galement des projets qui r\u00e9duisent les barri\u00e8res syst\u00e9miques et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s auxquelles sont confront\u00e9s les Canadiens noirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9flexions finales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construire un monde meilleur est <a href=\"https:\/\/thirdwunder.com\/fr\/blog\/how-to-create-dei-friendly-content-for-black-history-month\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">un projet en cours<\/a>\u2014un projet qui n\u00e9cessite les mains et les esprits de nombreux.
