Mindspace Cultivating Wellness Mindspace is a full-service mental health and wellness company, with an emphasis on mindfulness-based practices. Founded as a psychology clinic, their offerings have grown to include trainings for the general public and professionals, as well as tailored leadership and mindfulness programs for companies and educational institutions. The Mandate Mindspace wanted us to help them better position themselves and articulate their various offerings, generate leads, and convert website visitors into repeat customers. They needed a modern, content-rich website with a professional, educational and accessible design that embodied their values and promoted their new service offerings. The Work Building the Platform To build their responsive, bilingual and mobile optimized website, we had to develop custom plugins with integrations to their external 3rd-party tools. Making the Transition As part of their new brand, Mindspace was changing their website’s domain from mindspaceclinic.com to mindpscewellbeing.com to emphasize their broader service offerings. This created an SEO challenge of maintaining their search rank and transitioning to a new content strategy. Refreshing the Brand Being a Mindfulness Centre that values simplicity and peace of mind, they wanted a sense of calmness and whimsy in their brand refresh that was information-rich, but uncluttered. Making Mindful Changes Post-launch KPIs were monitored and reported on using a custom Google Data Studio dashboard. These measurements allowed us to continuously optimize the site while keeping track of conversions and campaign performance. We worked with Third Wunder to revamp our web presence, refresh our brand, and express our vision for mindfulness and wellbeing. The Results The new website allowed Mindspace to continuously update and publish educational programs, expand their service offerings and engage with their clients, all while reducing administration and streamlining their workflow by tying in the 3rd-party back-office integrations.
